CHECK OUT POLICY
Guest check-in time is 14:00pm. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals will be accommodated, as rooms become available.
Check-out time is 10:00am. Please ensure that you check out at the reception desk to receive your final account for payment
CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning services will take place between 10:00 and 14:00 on a daily basis. Please use the do not disturb sign if you do not require cleaning services.
Laundry services can be provided on request and will be charged at an additional cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival. 50 % cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled 8 – 14 days prior to arrival. 25 % cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled 15 – 21 days prior to arrival. 15% cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled 22 – 30 days prior to arrival. During periods of high / low demand the guesthouse may reserve the right to apply a 100% cancellation and any deposit paid would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated arrival date, a full cancellation fee will be charged.
PAYMENT POLICY
Guesthouse currency is in South-African Rand. The following forms of payments are accepted: Cash / EFT/ Credit/ Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard & Maestro)/ Online Card payment
Payment for any other services for which fees may be charged by the Guesthouse shall be payable by you on departure from the guesthouse or, where applicable, shall be debited to your account after departure. You will be requested to provide a deposit or an authorization will be taken on your credit card on arrival.
LIABILITY CLAUSE

Any damage to the property or its content should be reported immediately upon arrival to Owners/ Management. Failing to do so, guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or content. All vehicles parked at own risk.
